Instructors Gillian and David have been running this friendly local club for over 12 years.
The club is open to anyone who wants to get fitter, stronger and healthier using the ultimate fitness tool, the kettlebell. We offer a unique form of training that is versatile and offers a full-body workout.
We are a supportive community of like-minded people who all share in each other’s successes and help each other work towards our goals.
We offer classes three times a week and our members have all noticed increases in their strength, conditioning, agility, flexibility and fat loss in short periods of time.
As well as training for overall fitness and health and well-being, we also offer training and programming for anyone interested in competing in Kettlebell Sports.
Our classes run on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:30-8:30pm and Saturday mornings from 10-11am. Classes are £5 and work on a pay-as-you-go basis.
If anyone is interested in coming along and giving kettlebells a try we ask that they contact us to arrange an induction. Messaging through our Facebook page is the easiest way to contact us.
