Future Options Public Consultation

Our architect has drawn up three options for the future of the Civic Centre. They are:

Option 1

A total refurbishment of the building with no structural changes

Option 2

A partial refurbishment and partial rebuild of the Centre.

Option 3

A new Centre built on the southern end of the footprint of the Centre in line with the sports hall.

In all the options the sports hall remains – there are no plans for a new hall BUT options 2 and 3 do feature a new external cladding on the hall. All 3 options include a new floor.

We really hope you can take the time to give your views. The boards will still be able to view in the Civic Centre during our opening hours.
