About Citizens Advice Bureau

Wullie Bell, Outreach Development Coordinator and Rural Outreach and Safe & Warm Adviser. He comes to our Centre every Thursday from 1 till 2pm and can also visit individuals in their homes if they can’t come to him.

Wullie is an experienced adviser with many years of experience of helping and support individuals and families within our community if they are suffering from hardship, fuel poverty or unaware of what benefits they may be entitled to.

Wullie can help with claims for a range of benefits including housing benefit, universal credit, PIP and carers allowances. He can also assist in submitting appeals on behalf of anyone who has lost their benefit or been rejected on the first application.
He can also help individuals apply for grants and heating allowance and energy payments.

No appointment is required, just pop in and Wullie will see you, but if you would like a home visit you will need to phone the office and request this.
Our community café is open during Wullie’s session, if you want a cuppa or a warm meal while you are here.
