The Gate Food Larder at Tullibody Community Centre

About The Gate Food Larder

The Gate is a registered Charity which was set up in December 2011 and was founded by members of The Ludgate Church.

We are located in a refurbished Church building in the heart of the Alloa community. The Charity is governed by a Board of Trustees which consists entirely of volunteers from the local community offering different backgrounds and experiences.

We work in partnership with a significant number of external services to support people living within Clackmannanshire. The Gate also offers volunteering opportunities as well as acting as an information hub for the community.

If you live in Tullibody, Cambus or Glenochil you can access the outreach Food Larder at Tullibody Civic Centre on Mondays and Thursdays between 1 and 3 pm.

You can be referred for a full larder supply for a family or individual by your health provider – doctor, health visitor or another health practitioner, your housing association, Citizens Advice Bureau or by The Gate.

If you need an emergency food supply you can come in without a referral but you will only receive a limited pack.
